What about adding a new section to a person's profile which shows the total number of likes he has?
It'll encourage people to make helpful posts.

Already got it - go to your profile page - it says peoples likes on their profile. 

 

Looks like it just lists all of the posts you've made that someone has liked as far as I can tell, most recent first.
