i am buying crystals but i cant get them

in the last few days i have been tring to buy some crystals with my visa card  wich is a card you buy in the post office and dont have bark relatted to it everything went well until the comfromation of the purches and it said : contact your credit card company to aprrove payment. so i didnt got my crystals, i dont know if i paid and the tech support dont respown if someone know what to do please leave a messege.

on the buy section there is an option called  " Report " at the very bottom right of the payment section. 

 

Or create an Email ID and send a message to help@tankionline.com

Contact The company which issued you the visa card, Tell them about your problem. 

Still no difference ? 

 

Then:

 

Recheck your payment method. Check if you have missed anything.
