Mine Art

Mining is an art. ‘Nuff said.

Your objective is to create a masterpiece made of nothing but mines - that is, to draw by laying them in lines and such. It is important to note, however, that this contest is not for everyone. I understand that some players have advantages such as Premium and higher ranks than others, but that cannot be helped.

That being said, I strongly advise you not to be a binge-miner (i.e. a tanker who lays mines upon mines to their heart’s content). I am looking for quality, not quantity. Besides, it’s not worth the risk of spending some 1000 mines for a grand prize of… nothing.

 

Your mine art will be judged by its beauty, originality and neatness.

Prizes:

1st place: 30k crystals

2nd place: 25k crystals

3rd place: 20k crystals

Consolation prizes (no more than two) may be awarded.

 

Rules:

- All entries must be posted in this topic in spoilers.

- You must take the screenshot yourself and have your experience bar showing.

- Mine art done with test server accounts do not count.

- Your mine art must be RECENT; you will have to submit a screenshot of mine art that you created purely for this contest.

- Any kind of screenshot-editing is not allowed.

- If you post more than one entry, only the last one will be judged.

 

The deadline is April 15th. Good luck.

not going to waste my mines.... even if people use 100 mines (x50 = 5000 crystals, so it's a risk if you don't win anything)

I know contests are MAJORLY for fun, but fun can be done in test server so I'm not participating  :mellow:

 

good contest though, people who can re-buy the mines they've saved should have a good shot at this :)

Well, i'm sure some people would appreciate it based on the amount of crystals given recently.

well I never said test server SHOULD be allowed for the contest

I'm saying I can do mine art for fun on test and I'd rather save my mines for the battlefield

Next time you can do it so, that everyone get the mines used back, and that the winner becomes f.ex. 200% cost of the used mines :)
