My graphics card was acting strange so the contrast is weird. Anyway, now for an eloquent tale.

 

My engine is restless.

"Banished for 86 cycles," Eduardo grumbles, "I hate this." 

The two of us, separated from the chaos of life that lay above us. 

"Why is there so much snow? It is summer," Eduardo screams.

The snow glimmers on the strangely uniform trees. Each an exact replica of the trees surrounding. 

Near a swarm of bushes lies the gate separating us from the realm of the society above. It taunts us with its dull red paint slowly decaying yet still impenetrable even to the obscenely powerful weapons we had created.

In a final effort to attract the attention of our captors we furiously launch shells and napalm into the air; directing our pure rage into the sky and hoping that someday, we would be freed.

Alright, alright, don't get ready to burn me at the stake, I admit I faked this, and thus it is a non-competing entry, but a Tanki image hoaxing contest would be fun! It's an obvious fake, but try to guess where real Tanki ends and the faking begins.

we thought this was a weird glitch ritual because right after we did this, no sooner or later, a goldbox started to drop and we tried this again thinking that it would spawn another but sadly it didn't

btw i did edit it so that it blocked out the chat :P but otherwise, its raw.

if you look on the top isida's shot, there are some weird red texts that are in the center of it, dunno, i didnt do that

This speaks to that which is the most wretched of CTF Maps.... Monte Carlo!

Only the bravest dare run the gauntlet of Shafts, Rails and Thunders waiting to pick you off on your run.

Only the fleetest of foot can fly over the great divide lest they be nudged off track by the impact force of a well placed shot.

A hard fought battle of wills (laced with a heavy dose of supplies) to prevent and pursue the ultimate goal.

Matches are won/loss often by a single point. Capping the flag is rarely done by those noble enough to sacrifice themselves to snatch it from the jaws of the enemy.  Camping shafts may enjoy the greatest spoils of battle due to their profusion of kills.  However the match is decided by those that are guided by self sacrifice.

This intrepid wasp, battle scarred and weary, will he make the jump, will he disintegrate on the landing?

Will he make it to the next member of the bucket brigade to move the flag on one inch at a time.  So much hope so close and yet so far.  He's at the most vulnerable point in the mission, in the air and exposed like a ripe apple to be plucked.  How many in pursuit to line up even a marginal shot to spoil all that effort. His jump not quite on the mark, was he harried, was he nudged will he fall to his demise in the bottomless chasm below?  One will never know.  Just like the outcome of that most wretched of CTF Maps........ Monte Carlo!
