[Issue 6] Bananas! (TWG)

Don't forget that the main idea of such articles were ripped off by Lham in the first place.

You sound like a broken record...

Who make the picture for the chicken article and brought in the concept of "The Expert's Guide"?

Who decided to publish what was a joke, therefore allowing it to become a classic and more than just a joke line in an topic, which would have then disappeared when an article was written?

Oh wait, me.

How exactly do I rip off something I had a hand in creating? How exactly is writing a sequel portrayed as a tribute, in the same publication, ripping off? Did other reporters "rip me off" when they did their own versions of 'Chronicles of a Newbie'? No, the one's ripping off are the poorly copied ideas in this section, who have no clue about comedic timing.

*Finds something someone else wrote, changes a detail, and passes it off as his own.*

You just correctly defined plagiarism! Gold Star for you!

Stop plagiarising or get out from TWG.

Haven't TWG been trashed 3 times already by people like you?

This should be closed.

^This.

I've been thinking of leaving the TWG for a while now, simply because I don't have enough time for it, but I was friends with all the people and it seemed to be going in the right direction. Now, even though I would like to continue writing, I wouldn't want to write for the TWG. simply because of the lack of ideas and (let's be honest here) downright plagiarism. Let's get back to the times of Bry's guide on midfielding and Pdox's map guides. We were actually putting out articles that could (imo) compete against the "real" paper. This "article" is just downright sad.

Ok Guys. I am SORRY to plagiarize. I did not know it was plagiarizing, the idea of making this topic was given to me by Darren, and after I was done writing it, I showed it to him and he said 'Awesome'. What was I supposed to do? Scratch my whole article away? The head of TWG gave me a topic and a thumbs up for it. So, I just posted it, and @Lhamster, sorry for the offense I did (If I did any). Please forgive me, and hope it won't stand against me in the future. I quit TWG and ya thats all.

I think I'll just go solo and write my normal topics  on how Tanki started. If you have already read that one, do you think that is plagiarized? If not then please tell as I would like to make stories like that without the hate. If you want that topic's link then I can give it to you.

Um, I mean to be as polite as possible, because I have no hard feelings for you.

Yawn2.

Does that = Sleep1?

For god sake if you're gonna write articles, AT LEAST make them tanki related or USEFUL.

It is off topic discussion for a reason dude...

OH NO! What Have I done! I am NOT a real reporter and this is off-topic discussion. I should have never written articles.

Agreed.

*Insert sarcastic comment here*

Do you people not know when to stop?

Is that some sort of a Miley Cyrus reference?

Hhh, will you keep on ripping off ideas by hogree and Lham into stuff like this?

What's it gonna be next month, a guide to Rice?

Agreed.

*Wants to write something*

*Finds something someone else wrote, changes a detail, and passes it off as his own.*

Um, considering the amount of flak you get for your articles sometimes, I think it's a bit unfair for you to go around slamming others...

Alrighty, so you as reporter must know what it is like to get some flak from a lot of people. And that is right and good, but it's is first article ever written and he gets torn into. Now admittedly, he has copied your/@hogree's idea, but I think that had been said by TNT, the only reporter who ever posts when our articles are at all good (which thy are for a lot of us). I think the fact that when we do things right we get no acknowledgement from you reporters (TNT excluded), and then when we (speaking generally) do something wrong you slam us... It just seems a bit unfair and rank.

No offense.

Nope, just what it says.

And that bit you just quoted was not towards the OP.
