go to your email and save the file that was send to u so when it starts up you have a code to enter into the new game

I tried to reserve my nickname but everytime I clicked "reserve" it gives me a notification :

 

 

"To receive the code, you need to link an email address to your account and confirm it." 

 

My email has been verified from the moment I first played tanki. I even get purchase receipt from tanki whenever I buy. Is this a bug and Is anyone else having this problem. I have already tried a different browser and still no luck.

When Tanki X starts running in the Brazilian server, I will go there to play.  There is much less lag.  I would have gone there already, but accounts cannot be moved.

Who said so? No information regarding accounts' transfer has been given yet, please do not make such assumptions.

Procedure for changing nicknames in TX are not specified yet, the Game has not been released yet.

 

 

Semyon, I want to start the game with one of my old nicknames but someone took it when I changed my nickname. So, how do I get it back on Tanki X? It'd be great of you if you could help me with this :)

If that nickname won't be reserved by anyone until the open testings of Tanki X start you will be able to take it, this is the only way to get it on TX.

 

 

My rank is Third Lieutenant, but when i go to the nickname reservation server it says, " You must be Sergent or higher. " Please help me. What to do ??

Double-check if the nickname you are writing is the correct one and be sure that the e-mail linked to that account is really linked to it.

Check all the folders inside your e-mail account such as "Spam", "Blocked" and similar. If you did not receive anything yet, try again and check to which e-mail your account is linked to — if your account XXXXXX is linked to e-mail XXXXX@gmail.com you will receive the code on XXXXX@gmail.com, but if your account is not linked to that e-mail, the code will be sent to another one, you must be sure of which e-mail is linked to which account.

It is working for changed nicknames aswell — I changed mine almost two years ago and I just reserved it (both this account's nickname and my alt's nickname).

If your account is blocked you won't be able to reserve its nickname.

 

In case you won't go to the special site to reserve a specific nickname before TX open testings start, anyone will be able to take it.

If you used the same e-mail for more than ONE account (and you have plenty), you will get such error. You must create ONE e-mail for ONE account, you cannot use ONE e-mail for MULTIPLE accounts.
