Tanki taking away 4 of my m3's!

A while ago we had 5x time battle which was epic so tanki gave us a sale :D so durning that sale I bought 700k crystals I bought m2 twins then m3 twins, m3 fire, m3 freeze then i had it for like 2 months so then there was another sale which i only bought m3 rail which i earned from playing not from buying so next thing you know I lag out a freaking battle and 4 of my m3's are gone I contact tanki they keep saying "Unfortunately, it is impossible to return your items. Okay Then I said if it is impossible why didn't you give me my money back and then tanki says If I mention anything about this topic again It will be ignored How BS. since then tanki never gave me any good missions they always banned me for nothing like something small i get banned from like wth??? ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND MY M3 RAIL FOR GOD SAKE TANKI IS TO GREDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can provided them with pics from before they where gone and after they are gone them might give you back your equipment but definitely not your money

It is kinda like the Test Server lag. If it lagging too much, the Garage won't open, and even if it does, the items you equip are not appearing on the tank. So we lose our crystals but don't get the thing we purchased in the first place. We made the purchase, but the purchase didn't go throught the server to the TO HQ and actually, because of the lag, we didn't even bought anything.

 

I guess that's is what happened to you. Find some screenshots if you took them while buying those M3s and provide evidence... Exactly like ^

Did you play before rebalance? If so you can't buy M3's at that rank anymore.

hello!!drunk tanker i think tanki is a prank  they did this same thing to me when i bought some crystals in my other account and i bought a m2 freeze. and after exactlyyyyy 2 months ad you said my m2 were gone in other account. they stole my m2 now i have m0. tanki  is a prank!! whenever someone bought crystals and bought any weapon with those crystals they took away our crystals. this a prank!! I KNOW NOW TANKI WILL TRY TO BAN ME BECAUSE I DISCLOSED THEIR SECRET. SO!! I REQUEST TO ALL OF YOU NOT TO BUY CRSTALS WITH TANKI ONLINE DON'T SPEND REAL MONEY ON THIS PRANK!! Well I hope you didn't get in a fight with some high owners of tank I online. I hope you have read the EULA rules,they say that they can kick you anytime and you have no claim,however money have you spent on tank I,my friend,sadly,you will not get you m3s back,and you have no proof.
