Change Nickname

Tanki Online needs to have a feature so that players can change their nicknames so that they can wisely choose their preferred nicknames or their real names.

 

For example, when I created my Tanki Online account I planned to name it RIDDLER, but because someone already uses that name I chose to call myself RIDDLER_8 instead.

But yes, @@RIDDLER_8 your suggestion is not very thought out. It isn't Tanki's fault that someone made the username "RIDDLER" before you did.

You can already change your nickname, you can see how to do so here:  How to change my nickname?

 

Unfortunately, there are no ways to change your nickname with one that is already being used, Tanki will not allow such feature since it would be like you asking to them to take away a nickname you like from another random user that is using it — sorry but this won't happen at all, nor inactive accounts will be removed since their owners may come back and play anytime in future.
