Unable to PM friend

I have accepted a friend request, and would like to send a private message to that player.

I have found their profile, it is definitely them, but when I try to send the message it returns with:

 

The following errors were found

You must enter their name in the appropriate field fully.

This personal message has not been sent

 

Furthermore I am unable to find their name in the list of members.

I am certain I got the name correct as I used the "copy name" option from my friends list, and I double checked.

As I said, I can find their profile, but they don't show up on the members list.

 

Please help me get in touch with them?

Even though you have friended that tanker while in-game they have not joined the forum in-order for you to pm someone you know in the game they must have logged into the forum

Your welcome Mr.monk (lelz) and yeah introduce him/her to the forum all new tankers are welcome to join the forum and very much encouraged to join the forum actually

No! How would you possibly pm a non-existing account? That would be literally impossible. He would need to sign in to see your messages you've sent him. He either needs to make a new account on Facebook, if you really want to talk to him, or you need his phone number or something. That isn't how the internet works!
