How long do i have?

If i complete a mission (for a premium acc for 3 hours) and i do not want to claim my reward immiedatly becuse i do not have the time and my premium acc will expire so can i not claim it for like 9 hrs?

Your missions will never expire unless they are made for a special occasion (Christmas, Halloween etc.), or you claim them yourself.

Your daily mission(s) will not expire; You can take as long as you wish to complete them, and equally, take as long as you wish to claim those missions. However, as said by Mr.Sarcastic, make sure you do claim special holiday missions as fast as possible; As some of them will expire unlike the normal ones! ^_^
