Just after today's server update.

Client is acting. It doesn't open as it normally should (matter of 3-5 seconds). It's taking 30 up to 40 seconds to open.

When it opens all battles are really suffering of lag. Heavy lag.

What are you doing???

I get "Server Connection Closed" message nothing is wrong, its not server restart, nobody is on my acc, it's not my internet, im getting the full 5 bars (or 3 in the UK) so what is this??

Lately I've been experiencing major lags which confused me because I usually get around 30 ping or less and have no troubles at all, but in the past week or so my ping has been rising up to 100-999 but then returns back to normal in a repetitive cycle, and for an XP player this gets extremely annoying. I know for a fact that my internet is fine since I've contacted my ISP and heard that there's nothing wrong with it, therefore the cause of this is the tanki servers. I hope this gets fixed asap because this makes the game nearly impossible to play.

Same. I posted a picture a week ago with 500 PING in Tanki, but 10 PING normally, and 80 download speed... It's not unplayable, but it's enough to piss me off most of the time I play.

I​ seem to get an Issue in which it takes more time than comfortable for my Tank to respond to the controls I've given, for example, I'll press W to make my tank go forward after 1-2 secs (if at all) my tank will move, and will continue moving even after I have lifted my finger off the W key, and will continue to move for longer than would normally be expected for the time I have pressed it, even with ~40 FPS and ~20-40 ping, any suggestions?

Lol. Their anti cheat system is not working. And they told us it's pointless to improve it since the game will move to html5 soon.

 

But, we all know these developers. They will take a lot of time to make a """proper""" work for html5.

 

In the meantime, hackers will keep runing the game.

 

html5, rugby mode and dumb match make system are more important then dealing with the hackers. So it seems.

I have an internet speed on 15Mb/s (enought to play most games and stream vids) with a 100GB+ download limit, my FPS is always between 45-30 but my Ping is never less than 250... why is this?? Ive tried to clear my cache, remove temp files and even cleared internet history but nothing works. In the EU servers my ping is above 800 all the time while in the russian severs its abt 500-700.... I know nothing is wrong with my connection, when will tanki fix this? I cant even complete my harder daily missions becuz of this and i have to waste so many supplies. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

Are u using microsoft edge or IE? because I had the same problem as yours on those browsers.... Try using opera/firefox/chrome.... Im sure ur problem will be solved :)

not sure why but from time to time , my blocked players are now seen again in open chat room , on all my accounts. now I have to go back and block them all over again .

Your blocklist is stored in the cache, if you clear it to improve your performance your blocklist will sadly be cleared too.

The problem has worsened today.... can't even get to the login page now.... Client isn't working for me since 4 months or so, constantly lagging and showing me some message in russian. I reinstalled it twice, cleared program data from the program files and did everything I can..... When will u guys fix the lags and why hasnt this issue been told to the devs already?

It has been forwarded, but that doesn't mean they can fix it instantly. It's not as easy to pinpoint what's causing certain issues, especially because computer specifications, operating system and so on of players influences it. Throw in a relatively small team, the holidays and other tasks and it will take a while for certain issues to be fixed.

All the servers are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands by the way, except for the servers in the Brazilian version that is.

What you can do for now is check out the help site for possible solutions and if you can't find anything that helps, you can create a topic there.

well explain this when the other accounts he had are blocked but one. then I find out a few minutes ago a good friend of mine was blocked and I never blocked him on any of his accounts..also I never cleaned my cache since before the holidays . so not sure what is happening ..

I've now tried using the HTML5 version of Tanki to fix my issues, but now when I try to join a game, 1 of 2 things happens:
​1) The loading bar gets progressively slower, then some time later it'll say "you have been kicked from the game due to inactivity".
​2) The loading bar goes quick and finishes, but I only see the background of the Battle UI, then after some period of time it'll once again show "you have been kicked from the game due to inactivity".

​Both of these things seem to suggest that Tanki is registering my connection, but not giving a visual feedback? what's the fix?

How to reduce lags? However, it's a known issue for more players, so these tips might not solve the problem.

I can’t enter the game / the game doesn't load. If none of the solutions presented on the help site work, you can consider creating a new topic on the help site.

Well, I guess the "brilliant" tanki developers must have sneaked another "update" because now it is so slow to even get in to the game to the point of just giving up. I am getting a message saying "you have been removed from battle due to inactivity"! Are you kidding me? I haven't even entered the battle! I just have the bar that never completes! Nice going there! Perhaps you should move the server into a real data center and out of Hazel Rah's garage. Also, please, no more "fixes" since those tend to break the game rather than fix it.  But since the developers do not read these comments, we will never know if our complaints are even passed on to them.

guys i am experiencing high ping problem for the last 15 day, my ping used to be at 90 -110 , but for the last 15 days it goes from 200 - 400 , my connection is 20 mbp/s and i tried clearing cache and almost everything still no use ... can anyone help me ?

noticing issues with in game .  In a CP battle and point came with me it did not want to let go. also turrets were spinning in battle. u can see no kills happened when it was going on..
