My ping has been skyrocketing for no apparent reason about 20 minutes before the server restart and immediately after until now. It took me more than an hour to do my missions that would have taken me at most a half hour if it was normal. 

 

I would die, then the camera would stay there for maybe 8 seconds, then jump to my spawn location, stay there for 15 seconds, then say server connection closed. My ping would be normal, then after I shoot someone with a charged scope shot or an arcade shot from my Shaft, my ping would skyrocket and I would do no damage but the enemies and my allies somehow move perfectly fine despite my "high" ping. 

 

There were times it showed I had 700 ping yet everyone around me was moving and battling perfectly fine. I tried to complete my missions on this account but It proved to be too much to bear with this stupid lag. 

 

Here I was thinking that it was my internet's fault but look at that, someone else notices it as well. 

Battles are all but unplayable tonight.  Two accounts - did two missions each and am giving up now.  BRUTAL.

Way too many lag issues.

I have friends who are in America with about 90 PING avg.

I am WAY closer to the servers and still 150+ PING avg.

Whenever I fire volleys from striker, PING goes above 500 and I deal no damage.

Same thing happens with gold boxes, there is one right in front of me but I just go through it! Even though I can use supplies, damage and pick up boxes easily. And this seems to only happen in Tanki...

 

Because of my lag, I get insulted by my team a lot when I miss shots because of high PING or even deal no damage.

I keep telling them it's lag but ofc they are not gonna listen.

This..... it happened to me. When I fired my Striker barrage, ping spikes up mad high! AS HIGH AS 999! What?! How this is possible....

Also, when you're using the client or standalone flash, you might want to clean Internet Explorer's browser cache as well, since both the client and standalone use that for storage.

I'm seeing lag often. Most matches have at least a few seconds, sometimes several seconds, of laggy, glitchy, stutter-screens. It is impossible to play, especially in melee.

 

It has been getting worse over the last few days.

Been happening last couple of days for me also , i thought 1st it was my internet ( tethering from phone ) since im holiday location , but speedtests were normal . After a few hours all returned to normal , but never know when its happening again . ing when tethering normally around 150 , not very low but plenty good to play , when it happens ping is all over the place , im talking from 150 to 999 and more then often hovering to like 300 . The 300 means nothing since when firing shots it can hit or people just show up anwhere else , or just get instant dead or whatever . Changing weapon when it happens is not possible since opening garage ingame wont happen .

Closing client and opening again leads to small button saying its opening but nothing happens , it doesnt load the client/login page .

Yesterday was pretty much fine but since it can happen any second and can take a few hours to return to normal it is kinda weird . Im just touching wood and hope all stays normal now and doesnt happen again . All internet connected things can have problems , but im hoping like they make a button orso where you can click if you do have issues ( or in the forum ) , so we can see it is happening and its not personal fault but somewhere problem with servers orprogram and people are working on it to resolve the issue .

Lags in every battle no matter what I try. Caches cleared, etc. Internet speed still testing high regardless of test or browser.

 

Frankly, I wonder if they have done it on purpose. I suspect the overdrives aren't actually working, and so they've messed up the frame constructions such that they can blame it all on what they were trying to do for overdrives, and then they will graciously back out of launching them, and fix the lag problem.

 

I'm at least getting through battles, but at various times with lots of moving items on screen, glitching and stuttering starts, and after a few seconds it calms back down, and I'm respawning, not even sure who destroyed who.

I haven't lagged in a long time (possibly because I got a better computer with a better processor) but in the past few days there have been a few minor instances of lag.

I don't know what on earth have the developers done but these past few days have been completely unplayable, my PING is always between 150 - 300.

 

Whenever I fire from striker, PING goes to 999 and I do no damage.

Same happens when there are lots of mines, PING always stays 200+. It seems as if the more entities, the higher PING you will get? weird

 

and funny thing is this only happens in MM or parkour battles

other pro battles are smooth (not so much but definitely better)

ping issues back , speedtest plenty high . Other websites no problems , only in game , ping going all around 1st and then 999 , not coming back . Entering the game again takes ages to load even the name/password page

Umm the games just lagging really badly i mean i am able to make do at like 80-100 ping but everyone else in my team is just fly around cant even do damage half of the time.... not a technical issue since i just played apec legends at 136 fps and 52 ping and other websites are working as they should .. except the tanki forum site too ofc  <_<  -_-

seen as many people are complaining there is NO way you can tell us that its our own internet's fault and all of that stuff

this is 100% a server sided issue

its not just lag issues check into who is hackers in the game . been in three battles and lost them all due to not being able to kill players . even trying load ,  to use drugs it would not connect with in the game . there was guys who even with me using mines and shooting they still never died

Those weren't hackers, these issues you're describing are all the result of the lags. Because of that (several of) your actions/commands never reached the servers and therefore didn't damage your opponents, enable your supplies etc. They're currently working on fixing the lags, so hopefully you'll be able to shoot those opponents to bits soon again.

as usual, no surprise. even i quit after playing 1 match because my ping was always 250+

i know servers are under maintenance but how long does that take? its been 3 days

Lag has not been fixed yet. Lately it seems that I get this dreaded "you have been removed for inactivity" even before I get in the battle more often now. However, I noticed that I never get that message when I play PRO battles. Makes you go hmmmm?  I guess this is one the "features" of the MM system that  "makes the game more enjoyable" according to Cedric! Let's see what other BS is going to come down from Tanki.

I do find it also happening in pro battles and near nothing in non pro .

many problems these days , you are not alone , cant say anything but try again , maybe you can play , maybe not . Maybe game ok , maybe weird pings , tanks everywhere ... never know .
