I'm playing using Tanki Online Client. Game keeps crashing and sometimes I receive an error, so I have to always reload the game. Is this just me or is it a problem with the game?

In matchmaking particular, the client does keep crashing. Hopefully the issue will be resolved with the upcoming client update.

Usually I have a lot of fun playing TO.  Unfortunately today, after not being able to login in to the game for 3 hours, I now find that I cannot join battles.  Hopefully tomorrow it will be fun again.

I did try clearing browser cache but still no luck.

 

As you can tell from my garage and stats I'm not good at the game, just enjoy playing. I do feel bad for my fellow planetarians that they are missing out on the 4-5 stars I earn every night  ;)

Hi, i want to change the Country that on the Shop, it was asking me before i enter the Shop, but from 2 days it's enter without asking, so i can't make any purchase due to the different country that on the Paypal.

You're sure you've done all the steps advised here? If you are playing Tanki, make sure you don't have too many other applications open at the same time as that can reduce performance.

This is normal since the game has to re-download all the map files again, once you have loaded in to a few different maps things should improve, its also dependant on your internet speed.

 

Which browser/client are you using to play the game? 

 

Also are you playing on Flash or HTML5?

I have a problem with lag with the new update. And it's making me miss the old tanki more. Dear developers you have crossed the line with this new update. It's like your trying to make it more advanced and future wise. You have lost tons of youtubers who loved your game and the fact that now it only has only 4 thousand players that is online is sad.

I've been trying to get in a battle but I always get disconnected for inactivity. I can't even get to load the garage as the game keeps loading. Hours before I've loaded the game and the client didn't opened (same for the HTML5 version and the Standalone). I've cleared the cache, restarted my computer, made myself a sandwich, went back to Windows 7 and then going back to Windows 10, uninstalled and installed the game, testing the Tanki's website on a website speed tester and the site got an score of 7 out of 100, prayed to papa Hazel to fix the problem and the game doesn't work properly. This has been happening after the server update. I don't even know what to do anymore, the Tanki help team doesn't even answer my questions (I don't even get the ticket mail), the Facebook team didn't answered me even tho they are online, I didn't got enough help from Discord, the Spanish CM hates me because I spammed the Spanish forum and made him angry that he called me a kiddo (nvm that was years ago) and nothing worked. wat teh hell am i zupossed 2 do atm

Is there any possibility that your ISP has blocked Tanki access? 

 

You said you already tried HTML5 but which version? Was it this: https://tankionline.com/play/

I checked on whatismyipaddress.com and Tanki isn't blocked

I tried the old HTML5 version (the non-modern interface), I also tried the one you sent to me and it doesn't work either

I can get in the game but I cannot join a battle and I always get kicked for inactivity, I can't also check my garage or the battle list as when I click on those the screen keeps loading.

Try with a different account, then if it works go back to your account.

 

But since it’s the US servers there’s probably not enough players to create a battle. Try Solo Jug.

guys i have some problem and i dont know how to fix when i play in tankionline browser i always have some ping spikes 100-150 with no reason and my internet is stable

when i play in google chrome or opera i always have 50 ping stable

@Maf @ControlledChaos Hey, also think this topic can be closed, no one really uses it anymore ever for server lags and issues, sometimes they use Complaint book, but  last time someone wrote here was 8 months ago.
