So that DDOS attack doesn't happen again during the time of battle I guess, they could have announced that a pre-recorded battle will be shown later but then the hackers might have been alerted to this and try something new.

They do need to improve their servers stability though, this has happened twice in different matches now with a pre-recorded match shown later, last time was in the star series tournament.

So the hackers will hack 24/7 over say 2 days in the hope they catch the battle? not very likely.

Tanki should have said the battle will be a closed battle played at somepoint in the next 2 days and will be available on such in such a day at such in such a time.

You do know that such DDOS attacks can last for days sometime maybe even weeks, now I don't know what kind of a preventive measures they used, maybe a different special server but by not telling that the match is going to be pre-recorded was understandable.

Good point, but I'm sure that the attackers would realize that the battle has been pre-recorded, even if it isn't announced openly. I think the best course of action would be to openly say at the beginning of the stream that this battle isn't live due to server troubles -- it would still be fun to watch since nobody knows the outcome yet.

So why not tell after the battle? was still over 24 hours later they could have let us know then. Only reason I can see is greed not having as many people watch it.

I dunno maybe they thought that the players won't pay that much of an attention or it won't look right just stating that the match is pre-recorded, and what will they say? we know the results but we are not telling you guys right now, we are going to show the match later the right way?.

I do like tanki though, it's one of the most friendly f2p games on the internet when compared to other mmo's and I have played a-lot of them (trust me this game is very fair to us players), so I don't mind much for them not stating that it was pre-recorded but they still need to improve their servers stability so that we can truly enjoy such tournament and maybe some day be a part of it.

Any excuses now?

Yes. But I'm not allowed to tell them. You know, Russians being strict on this one ;) Enjoy your set up victory.

You told what happened. We know that. So I guess i'll need no explanation and i will just notify them what actually happened.

and wow that's rather offensive

I was saying why didn't they just upload it as a video, and admit it's pre-recorded, all these lies just make it look more fishy, and openly admitting that the servers are vulnerable to attack is literally asking for trouble.

I agree.. they should have just uploaded it, but it was already said that match will be live streamed if they would have just uploaded it you would be seeing more hate than this

Some of you are really making "elephant from a mosquito." Crystals, we have been betrayed, bla bla. The show was a success and this was the purpose of this - fun. And that's it.

Can we please calm down about all this? This was just a game, no one lost anything, in fact most gained with RU team's victory. Someone had to lose, this time it was one team, next time it will be another. Please don't make a circus out of this and Mia - chill.

Rent time is over. Nothing to see here any more people, move along.

I really don't understand why the boys take this event more serious than the girls do. We played the game, and not you. And stop bothering us with:"you failed" and other dumb phrases. We actually did a great job and got to know each other very well (another success)

Don't both sides get to keep their respective paint?

I think so, yes, correct. I think. Not 100% sure. But yes, I think. 90% sure. Not 100%. 90%.

The last one. In which Dr. Brand lands. After escaping the black hole.

I guess so, she could breathe there and all. Idk why Edmunds even died.
