At the end of weekly gift, appeare a box whit some gift earned doing weekly mission but if press close the windows ( button x) it disappear and dont give the gift earned...

The window is just a notification. The crystals awarded are too small, so maybe you didn't notice. I guess you already claimed the reward. If you are 100% sure you didn't, contact help@tankionline.com

i know cristall are too small ..to me about 1100 in my gift..i've close the windws to collect after time the and decide to chose supplies or cristal but after i cant do it.

Yea. We get both supplies and Crystals once we finish a week doing the missions. So on the 7th day when we claim a mission and then press close You will be rewarded if you haven't break the chain within the past days.
