Here's what l conclude:

 

By his Russian accent in v-log's, l can say he is a Russian player, living near the main HQ of tanki. Since he lives near the HQs, we can come to a theory that either he is really close to one of the moderators (which I don't think is possible) or he is one of the mods himself (I'm 70% accepting this idea, since he comes about with random paints which can be even made available to all, by his will). And one of the player said that sometimes, some player saw Godmode_ON with the early version of hammer, which implies he is a hull and turret developer, who instead of testing it in a test server, tests it with other players. After all this, l can only say 100% surely, that he is a Russian player who has the knowledge of the hulls and turrets yet to be released.

 

What do you guys say?

I wouldn't consider GodMode_ON as a dev... I'd just say staff.  And as you guys say it's Semyon, I don't think so. Semyon already has 2 accounts, and I don't think he gets enough time to play this game.

If his paint is 98% that also means that firebird and freeze almost wouldnt do any damage, so if he doesnt get affected it should be because of the paint or if it has a secret powerup

Godmode_ON started to get kind a boring, spice it up a little by making him join battles more often, hes like the yeti in tanki, you must be lucky to see him.
