Of course, violations through gifts aren't bannable, Tanki isn't going to prohibit anything that involves spending crystals on items..

 

But on a more serious note, what do you think of this? The way I look at it is, you can insult anyone as much as you want, as long as you're willing to spend the crystals on it. Not saying I agree/disagree with the moderator's reasoning here, but I do somewhat believe that the game rules should apply to in game gifts as well

Thanks for sharing your concern on the matter.  Please note that we have already taken a first step and bar banned users from sending gifts with messages.

 

Just like we recently included an option to receiving in-game messages only from friends, we're looking into similar solutions that could be applied to the in-game gift messages system.  We'll let you know once the devs have more info about this.

 

In the mean time, all we can suggest is for you to delete the gifts you don't like.
