So, i'm gonna tell something about this DARKNESS, because yesterday i reported few players for bad language and insults, already 24 hours passed after that and mods just refused my report only because these players are friends of them, like CENSORED. i reported him and also told him about it, he said that: "Mods won't ban me, cuz they know me" and this fact came true, today i checked violators section, and these few "popular" guys are still not punished. :) i'm gonna report on RU and tell RU community about this fact, maybe some of these useless mods will lost their job :)

You won't find it in the your topic in the violation section, because sometimes they get mixed up. Go to your profile, and click on the "Your Topic" menu. There you can see that all the players you have reported have been dealt accordingly. If your proof/Reason isn't sufficient, or incorrect, they will right the appropriate reason, instead of banning them for no reason.

Mods are not partial to anyone, and many of the Moderators are quiet busy, so it may take some time to get your reply.

Mods now a days doesnt even know how to check history of account ... it's ashame!  seems like it's too hard for them to check old nickname and new one ... it's seriously big problem to give these kids chat mod job.

Mod or not, we're all people. People do stupid things at times, and at other times, maybe something useful. What I'm saying is we can't expect them to always help out, because at times, people do stupid things. Like law enforcement. Worst thing ever created. Cops are useless pigs who abuse their power to do as they wish to people since they have nothing better to do with their time. Like in California. A group of cops suspected a homeless man of robbings a store or something, and they beat him to death! The guy died in the hospital from his beatings! He was hit over the head with flashlights, tazed multiple times, tied up and pinned down. Cops suck. Cops are supposed to help assess the situation, just like the admin, but they're not always gonna do it.

No player is under any mod's protection, some offences and violations are simply not bannable, and we are not going to act like ban machines simply because someone wants us to. You're complaining about the actions of the police, and you're asking us to do the same here. Sorry, but we're helpers, not punishers. If some player disturb you, please use Ignore option to block him/her.

 

As for nickname change, chat moderators do not have the option to find the old nickname of some player. So if you report on one day, player changes their nickname on the other, and mods only come to your report after that, they cannot know which nickname is used currently, they only get an error.
