i have problem from long times ,i cant take the golds when i go on it not taken please help me

Try cleaning the browsing history, including saved password, once you done that, close your browser and then re-open the browser, go to Tanki Online and log in, see if this helps. Also this must be your internet connection, maybe your Internet slow and lags in the map. Try this steps I've just gave now, if that don't help, I will find different solution.

If you have just entered into a battle it is possible that glitches in where boxes(drops) cannot be picked up including gold boxes.

It can be solved by self-destructing, getting destroyed or by refreshing the webpage.

try also upgrading you internet speed, as the glitch most often occurs with the loading process of entering the battle.

Mind showing us screenshots? If not, you can look at your ping in the bottom right of the corner. If you are sure you actually deserve the gold, record and send the video to help@tankionline.com. They will give you 1000 crystals if your proof is legit. Also please speak English better so we can understand you.
