Keyboard 4 way button

i am using a orginal wired keyboard connected to my mac and i cannot use 4 buttons at once for example: i press forward arrow,left arrow,z and spacebar. i can only do three things and the 4th key button does not work. is it that i have to buy a gaming keyboard or what??

It is known as 'keyboard ghosting'. It is a built-in issue with most laptops. Keyboard ghosting doesn't allow the user to press more than 3 keys simultaneously. 

 

You can fix this issue by buying a decent keyboard or simply an anti-ghosting keyboard. Other thing you can do is remap your keys(inconvenient but is one of the solutions).

Its called Keyboard Ghosting.  "Ghosting  is the problem that some keyboard keys don't work when multiple keys are pressed simultaneously. The key presses that don't show up on the computer or seem to have disappeared are said to have been "ghosted"."

I would recommend you buying a better keyboard or an "Anti-Ghosting" Keyboard. Cheap keyboards have fewer wires, more keys have to share the same wires and thus the keyboard gets confused when multiple keys are pressed at once.
