Nah, I don't think we should make such a radical change. I'm sure if one of us PMed a mod explaining the details of our dilemma he'd change the leadership. Also, I disagree, Flabs. It's Dossy's clan; we shouldn't make too many changes. I'm a loyal happy dragon to the end, and I don't want to either change the leadership completely or create an entirely new clan. Just have the cresteds and talons elect a suitable stand-in leader and wait for Dos to return. If he doesn't after a few months then we can begin to discuss who should be the permanent leader. 

 

As a side note, I'd be willing to be a temporary topic owner. I could find time in my schedule to make changes to the OP. If Dossy's absence continues tho, I don't think I'd be able to take complete ownership of the clan...

I would like to either NOMINATE and/or SECOND a vote for @KillerGnat (+/- +/- @personia) to be assigned the Temporary Honorary Clan Leader duties of updating the Home Page, especially as he has (they have) POST #5 (#2 + #3) on the first page so he can copy the details in Post #1, but just update the MEMBERSHIP section for now...?

 

I'm also a Happy Dragon for @mydoom.exe to have authority to review, research and approve any new Applications..!  If I'm needed for queries Abs, then just PM me!!

 

Lastly, we had Fleety offering out his seat, and already 1 empty Crested seat.  Tofu just left my recommended listing as he departs for other less green pastures. 

@Blackdrakon30, @kaisdf, @gabriele02, @PracticeParkourStunt and @TTK_229 have been around for a while ... AND are active the past month++ (which just knocked out a few other woulda been recommended folks)...

 

Maybe that would help in terms of Clan Leadership..?

Also - would be great to have some regular trainings created.  Anyone that can be on same time for 30min each week, for which levels?

I will plan on doing 14:00 UTC +0 every WED on the eSport maps (Red Alert, Kungur, Tribute, Parma, Barda, Forest, Iran, Solikamsk, and Osa).

I think I can create a ProPass CTF game for Third Lieutenant (1 diamond) to Colonel (3 red stars).

Or would people available at that time prefer WO4 (4 squares) to Major (on my low end) - or Major to General (4 gold stars) (on my High End)...?

About training, please do not call them 'training'. Training is where you talk and learn new things. Since most of these battles will be about fighting each other, call them 'Practices'. 

The timing for the practice is perfect for me, but I believe that the rank limit and rounds varies on the rank of the majority of players in the club. Since I, , is extremely lazy at my current given situation, I would humbly request you to look at the main page and decide where the majority of ranks are situated, afterwards look out for how many active players are from that level, and at last, you can easily decide how many and at what ranks to create the Practice Matches. 

 

I would be immensely displeased with myself if you have found the statements to be too ambiguous, and thus I would be willing to re explain and elaborate.
