Training didn't go well. Those who attended: @shresthkhandelwal, @rishabhhaunt,@LunaticBeast,,@player_2015_tanker and

Only 1 match, for 5 minutes. Ended 2:0. In 2nd match, I said don't start until 15:00 but, everyone started killing and said "RO!" and @LunaticBeast captured a flag even when I said don't. Then, I said leave the battle to reset it but @LunaticBeast didn't leave so I had to cancel it.

Here are some basic points I'd like you all to follow in our training sessions -

• Do not start killing before 'go'. None of us want bad D/Ls and the whole clan can get disqualified in tournaments if we do this. 
• Do not spawn-camp and kill if teams are unequal for a while.

A thought for future :

• when starting, have everyone meet in one spot - no shooting, to go through the basics, and then everyone has 10seconds when you say RO/GO to self destruct and start the game..?
• Practice Leader confirms basic rules - which maybe could be posted here in our pages just before the Leader is joining... makes for easy copy/paste..?
• RULES = ??? ... meet up at open, no supplies or drops were part of ProGame, no shooting until RO/GO, teams & hulls & turrets & protections agreed and changes made as necessary, self-destruct when told, GOLD (is it open season, or specifically given IE for a screenshot sent to the PracticeLeader before starting, showing a Mission needed, with time and date included in the screen), etc...
• for anyone missing the starting discussion, they should know (from the Clan Pages) that they wait for instructions on kit to use.  Then join in right away once settled.

I'll be honest, sometimes it is hard to read the chat flow, and still try to focus on what is happening around you, especially if getting shot at!

Plus, if not been to many Clan Trainings or eSport games, it can be a little overwhelming - especially when there are options to the rules...

All your points are essentially true. The thing is, a lot of people here possibly have a brick on their space bar. Someone kills, then someone rages or retaliate, then chat comments follow and amidst all this the leader in the training finds it far too difficult to kickstart the training by ensuring everyone knows what to do. :) So please guys, chat less and listen more at training sessions. We don't want to just meet up, play a scrappy battle and say we 'trained'.
