Dear Club Members!

I would like to proceed  with some statements regarding on our improvement. If you are a guy who does not like reading long passages then read the last red sentence.

 

First, I would like to thank @zaara_tanker and @lakassa147 for your appreciation. Ongoing, I noticed that there are some troubles with the Club training. They do not match up correctly and most players are inactive. With better examination I noticed that some of them may not be eligible to join our training. I have concluded that it would be better for us to vote. So, I would like the leader @lakassa147 to perform a poll in which will be the following options:

How often are you online? (Warning: more than 1 hour is considered online)

1) Every week

2) 6 days

3) about 5 days

4) about 2 days 

5) rarely

 

On wards, after the poll, we can precisely judge how many members can join our training. Once found out the highest voting we can then set the training. Suppose the higher percentage voted for 4 days being online. So, we will do training for 4 days in a week. We need to pick a date for the training so holidays is usually a good option. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are weekends however the 4th date has to be voted again whether Thursday or Monday is a good match. This is how we are going to pinpoint the date of training. Now we have come close to the end so bare with me. We have to find the time when we have to start the training. The time is the most difficult part due to the difference of time zones. I looked back in the applications and noticed that most of the players are in the positive section meaning that most of the players are either from Europe or from Asia. Voting on the time will be the best choice. By creating a pole we can decide on the time. With the header, the options would be: 

When would be a good time for training on the weekends?

1) 9:00 (UTC)

2) 11:00 (UTC)

3) 13:00 (UTC)

4) 15:00 (UTC)

5) Others (mention in comments)

 

Once done, we can start preparing for the training as we know when would be a good time. After assigning the time, the last step comes and that is, informing. Rather than making "Juniors training" and "seniors training" separate, let us just make them into one and call it "Training". This will be in the first page of our topic. We can decide on what ranks we would practice later on as there are few online members. We would decide that later when more players would start to be online. In my opinion, this would be a good idea however if there is any flaws please inform me. The summary of this entire passages are:
