I don't understand why you should allow guests. I mean, when you have a club chat room/channel dedicated to a specific club, you would want only the club members to chat, right? Unless you have a chat channel dedicated specifically to the purpose of club members alone...

They show positive attitude towards newcomers (except whitetiger), which is nice. Don't discriminate applicants just because they are not full members yet.

We allow guests to join our channel so that they can know about us, have fun and parkour with us. Moreover, we have private channels for members and applicants. Guests can't view those channels.

There is a channel that is for the public chat and there is a channel dedicated to only FJ members. I hope that clears your doubt?

Still major's are juniors a compared to legends.........and in rl we are juniors too :) . So this name is best for us right now.

I'm pretty sure that Major is considered part of the mid-ranks... It's alright, you're the leader :)

I think he means that you could have informed the members that someone has been rejected and there is a new applicant on Skype or Discord.

Hello. 

I just wanted to drop by and give you guys a thank you. Some of you might remember me as @GeeVuh, or that kid who was okay at parkour but had crap equipment... Or some of you might remember me as a friend. Whatever your memories are, I look back and see a perfect club that truly helped me grow. I stayed here for about half a year, but then life took over and I had to leave. In that half-year, I learned what it meant to be a good parkourist and leader from PPS. It's not just about being able to do skillful tandem parkour. No, it's not even about conquering the highest skyscraper. Parkour is really about making friends and respecting everyone while having fun. Battle doesn't let you feel the same way. Now, I'm back in action, and I've started my own parkour club under the name of [MoF] Machines of Flight. 

One last time, I say, "Thank you!"
