And that means I should give up on the community and not organize anything else? I don't think so. For starters, you're still here, so I think I owe you my best efforts.  ;)

Yeah, players left, and while it's unfortunate, there's precious little I can do about that. But at least I can work to give a good time to those who stayed. In fact, I'm already working on setting the mechanisms in motion. It might not happen tomorrow or next week, but it will happen.

Glad to hear this!

Your effort might bring back players, but you need to think about changing Staff members - wont say names  and make speculations/rumors - but players doesnt like how they work.

I think when you focus on the right things, you naturally attract the right people to the team, while the wrong ones automatically fall away.

This is also my plan for the community in general. But I'll write more about this in the AMA, if the right questions get asked  :)

I'm happy to answer anything as long as it is asked politely, and without malice. The only things I won't answer are the really personal questions about family etc.

I think everyone understands that AMA is for asking about your ideas how to make EN better and how to make game interesting to us, not to ask about family related questions. ;)

1st look about you was wrong, now I see that you might make more respect than Semyon. :) Glad you to have you here!

There's a right way to apply that suggestion of yours JJanis, and a wrong way to do so.

For those who hate sports, just imagine any organization in an industry/school you do like regarding the analogy I'll be using...heh:

ie/ the Toronto Maple Leafs

That NHL team in Canada has been sucking for multiple reasons since long before [including myself] probably all of us and our parents/grandparents were born (1947), or at least since before many Tanki users were teenagers (2003).

But their #1 reason for sucking was improper leadership.

I cheer against them but I respected their owners for finally being wise at hiring the right person and for allowing that person to lead to his strengths. They will go far because of it but it'll take them time to succeed because their whole organizational structure had become a mess, not just which players they had on their team.

They hired Brendan Shanahan (Google his credentials later) as their CEO.

People in his position either: A ) keep all or almost all staff indefinitely B ) immediately fire all or almost all staff C ) [most do not do this one but it is the wisest approach] immediately fire no one but observe and spy on everyone and then replace the corrupt and ineffective staff with other when more competent people become available

Based on Shanahan doing C, he eventually hired the best coach in the NHL, but knowing that this coach wouldn't succeed until at least several years later. Yet he was wise to get him now [actually, a couple seasons ago] because this coach gets the most word-of-mouth respect in the league AND will be given more time to make mistakes in try to adjust his strategies from elsewhere to this team, so he'll have a polished system in place once a GM gives him enough proper players.

Then CEO Shanahan hired one of the league's best General Managers.

None of their assistants had been fired yet because they were still being watched.

That GM and Shanahan later fired some player scouts, including some that had been there a long time.

After getting proper player scouts to replace the lousy ones, the new GM starts making bold but unfoolish trades for future player prospects AND starts drafting properly (already drafted properly when being the GM of another team, but this team was previously used to foolishly trading away almost all their good prospects for washed out veteran players who were no longer any good).

Then they started firing assistants and replacing with better ones.

Now that this team got last overall in the NHL, they have the best chance at winning the #1 overall draft pick this summer.

But no matter which player they get, even if they win that pick, it would still be a waste if they rush that player before he has a sufficient supporting cast of proper teammates and team management system, like the craziness for the Edmonton Oilers over the past decade or so.

I am against the Toronto Maple Leafs but I see these changes of theirs being so genuine that I no longer make fun of them on the LeafsSuck.com Facebook page. I grudgingly respect them instead because they deserve it. lol

In essence, if enough key ingredients come into place and are not rushed or delayed, then Tanki will become truly successful...

Im not saying that all Admins needs to get kicked out of their place. Just re-place them and they can stay as Mods to help new leader - As it has been few times since I joined tanki. Few Admins have been replaced. We have our new leader Cedric who will try to do what Maple Leafs are doing with main Staff

I probably don't have a good enough anti-virus program.

Regardless, the point is that it needs to have them removed if anyone else ever is in my situation.

get Avast Anti Virus its what I have and its really good and its only about 50$ per year

Thanks for the suggestion, Dodge Viper. :P

Ok, now that this (previous to your suggestion) has been at least partially rectified,

I'll be polite by discontinuing typing in this thread unless it's about vlog 88 or about the vlogs in general...

P.S. And thanks to the rest who also tried to help by giving me suggestions.

If he 's the right kind of leader, he already knows that he will have people who will agree and disagree with the actions he will take.

A leader gets criticism even insults, let 's say it a part of the job.

The wrong kind of people will even try to use your personal life against you. Just shows how low these ones are willing to go.

Though in the end you shouldn 't become a leader if you can 't handle that.

A Dutch saying: "high trees catch a lot of wind", a similar one in English is: "a big tree attracts the woodsman's axe"

They mean the same, but I would definitely prefer the wind... ;)

Btw, have you decided which day will be AMA?

The prize is for the person who creates and submits the video.

I don't know why the helpers of the videos don't receive reward because, if they aren't here, the video can be turned!!! I think a reward is a real need for the helpers, just 5, 10, or 15.000 crystals is good!!!
