I am AKS, and I have seen this thread for the first time.

I wanted to ask you some questions that I wonder at night about tanki online. Most of them will be about tanki.

1. Can a player become a moderator even if he is banned even once in the game, or has ever used foul language in chats?

2. Nowadays people are claiming that they left the game for a month, in a hope that they would get crystals, supplies as welcome back gifts, but when they return to the game, all they get is few days of premium. Is that true? If yes, then why?

3. Is there any scope that people around my rank could ever become moderators?

4. In which server do you play the most? When are you online?

5. Do you have a special paint, just like modetators have?

6. When can the modules update be expected to be in the game?

7. Which is your favourite paint?

8. Do you play Clash of Clans?

9. Is there any scope left that crystal boxes will return?(though I know they would not, but I am just asking)

1. For a moderator, various requirements must be fulfilled. A clean karma is definitely one of them. However, everyone makes some mistakes so the requirement is that your karma must be clean for about 6 months prior to your mod application. Read about more requirements here.

2. We do get extra 'Welcome Back' rewards after 30 days of not logging in. That has crystals, supplies and/or premium days. So far I've gotten both.

3. Again, each moderator group has its own rank requirements. Read them here.

if mods r less for EN community then plz arrange...coz when we report...mods said u dnt hv enough proof...or any othr reason....

1. People who disrespect others in any way have no place in my team.
2. Tanki is under no obligation to give players anything for returning to the game. It's a gift — treat it as such. Don't be the spoilt little brat who throws a tantrum because she received a blue Ferrari instead of a red one.
3. What you're really asking me is whether you can become a moderator. That depends on your attitude.
4. I'm online most times but have very little time to play.
5. I have a few, yes.

Are we to be patient also on lag since it has only been lagging before Christmas? I don't think 7-8 is enough time for tanki to fix something thus, so we just keep on waiting? I have only about 1 million battle fund during that time due to lag but I guess I just need to just keep being patient. And no one cares.

We're working on the lag issue. And it's not true that nobody cares. The issue is top of mind for the dev team.

As I've noticed, you have two main tasks: To make a connection between the developers and the players, and to manage the community. The second one goes well, (especially by the so-called event-flood you mentioned a while ago) but the connection doesn't seem to be anything more than an Ideas & Suggestions topic and some behind the scenes videos. Where are the old polls, feedbacks, player-made-maps gone? Any plans in the future?

I agree, the connection between players and devs could be better. I'm doing my best to improve it  :)

1. Yes, but what's the point of doing that? Besides shooting a Gold catch, I don't really see any other use.

First of all, thank you for this opportunity to ask you questions. I am now more firm than ever in my belief that the EN community is in safe hands :D

 

My question:

As someone who has lots of schoolwork to do pretty much 24/7, I literally have no time to take part in eSports, because I couldn't keep up with the training. However, I really enjoy watching others who do have the time take part in tournaments, and for many of them I am disappointed when I find that only the main battles or even none will be available for non-participators to watch. Would it be a possibility in the future for all matches to be broad casted for non-participators to watch? Because I would be very grateful for this, it would be a chance for me and others to actually get involved more. However, I know that you are already planning a lot for the community, so I am only asking if you could maybe consider this for the future when you aren't so busy
