Why have prices of paints gone higher although they no longer have protection? Clay now costs 10k and Alien costs 150k O.o

Paints are purely cosmetic feature now. The cost is dependent upon the looks of the paint. The more expensive ones are obviously aimed to be bought by buyers, mostly.

It will definitely be installable, but I'm not sure whether it will be portable. We'll see once it is released.

 

Are the applications for Translation in Hindi (as per now all the votes are for preparing subtitles in both ways hindi alphabet and eng alphabet) for V-Log going open any soon?

Right now I have a moderator doing the Hindi translations. He did it last week for the first time. In time I'll see whether I need to get more.

 Hello there  Cedric Debono, Tried a lot to connect some useful people, but hope you can read my post, Anyways, I just wanted to ask some questions 

 

I want to be an assistant V-LOG, It means  translator, Of course ' Arabic translator ' 

 

 

Also, I can organize everything, steps by steps, translate to people with explaining whatever it was. However I can also translate every Episode in forum as an Arabic translator. 

 

I've a certificate which shows my degrees.

As we've already explained many times, paints are no longer a game-affecting item; they're purely aesthetic. Paints are now a show-off item, so the prices are reflected accordingly.

Some people do a good job because they're paid, others do it because it's the right thing to do. Of course, having a family to maintain, I can't say that salary isn't important, but with that said, I do my job because it's the right thing to do.

 

The same goes for many volunteers in the game, who do a great job without ever getting a cent in return.

You have no idea how many tickets those people have to respond to every day. On top of that, most of the tickets are written in a way that's impossible to understand. I know because I see them regularly, even in my PM's

I know there are more things behind-scene that we dont have to know(cant know). but a little update about this question below, would be very useful, and I know that many players wants to know how close/far we are on getting tournaments each after few months(Tried to find your post, where you told that is making scheduled tournaments, but too much posts to find it.).

A: Yes, definitely happening soon. I've got working on a detailed plan for regular multi-level tournaments that we're thinking of having every few months, as well as smaller events held regularly. I feel your pain guys, seriously, and I'm gonna make it go away. I promise.

We COULD organize tournaments now, but with the systems as they are, it would be a pretty feeble attempt, and we'd be plagued with the same problems that have plagued tournaments over and over again. So, no, we don't want to do things half good.

Honestly I think you have chosen the wrong time for these 'changes', as it's been almost a whole summer ... But well, if you promise us that somehow these problems will be gone then all fine :) but many tournaments could have happened in that time that will atleast deliver us some fun, even if they are small ones like the ones DE are currently having,.. Ehh we'll see :(

A bunch of staff members made a STG a few hours ago, it was fun actually, unfortunately, no one took the gold. Keep reading to know why  :ph34r:

 

About 20 minutes after I joined the STG, a spectator showed up, he told everyone that STGs in CTF mode were forbidden (and are only allowed in DM and TDM). We all thought it was an attacker trolling for fun (I personally thought it was ), so we ignored it. The spectator kept warning us that if the defenders didn't take the (I quote) "golden box" or give it to us (the attackers), we'd all be in trouble. Eventually, some people started taking it seriously and began to leave, some started asking the spectator questions on the matter (to make sure it was actually against the rules), and some still simply still didn't take it seriously.

 

Turns out, the spectator was a battle moderator and it indeed was against the rules, and I'll explain why I think so in a bit. Some people left, but some (including me) didn't make it out in time. All the players in the battle (staff members included) got kicked from the server and from it for 1 hour.

 

I was actually laughing my head off at the fact that so many mods got kicked from the server in one shot, was simply hilarious. :lol: However, now I'm not so happy about it all, because what I've just discovered is that I was blocked from the server for 1 hour, but I'm banned from the chat for a day .-.

 

I'm not here to discriminate the rules in any shape or form, I understand I was dumb, and that I should've realized the spec was serious, but I didn't, so meh. I still find it funny, but just not as funny as before :lol:

About the rule though, I think it's against the rules now because it was noticed that STGs in CTF battles are defeating the purpose of the mode (capturing flags), thus sabotaging in a way. However, in DM / TDM battles, you're still killing, so it's fine. This would mean that STGs in CP battles are also against the rules. I agree with the rule (sorta), but I don't like how I was never notified that this was a rule before this occasion.

 

Once again, I didn't make this post to discriminate the rules in any way, so please don't hide this :c

Would I be able to get this removed from my karma? It clearly seemed like a troll, the rule doesn't sound real, it isn't very specific in the rule (it does say it, but not straight out)
