This game is bad. That's the truth. Everyone is realising it. Even the ranks that can't talk are figuring out Tanki is becoming a waste of time. This is a buisness. But why run a buisness with kids? We are kids, not adults or millionares. We don't work (most of us don't) so how are we expected to own credit cards? If someone wants to make a buisness... then they shouldn't do it with kids.... Developing alterations for hulls is not planned. Your options are to either MU your viking or use hunter/dictator instead.

I'm truely sorry to tell you that, but usually.. "there is no free lunch in this world", that any company would give you.

Usually, everything that a company offers you for free, has a hidden price tag.

 

 

• You watch free TV?

  Well the only reason they show you this funny series and TV show is that you watch their advertisements, that they sell to damn expensive (TV ads are damn expensive) to marketing companies.

• You play free games?

  If it's a rather small game with simple code that does not need further maintenance, you will find add´'s on the pages hosting it. If it's a more developed game that needs servers to support massive multiplayer interaction, then you'll find an ingame currency.

• McD and Burgerking are offering another special?

  Surely not because they love you, simply because they wanna make you feel that you could miss something if you don't spend your money now

• Google offers you free services?

  Well they scan your behaviour on pages, search words and even scan your emails by algorithms in order to profile you; in order to allow marketing companies to show you that advertisements that suit your interrests - for money of course

 

 

 

The only free lunch in this world is given by the ones that love you. Familiy (I wish you've a good one).. or some very exceptional people, like Mother Teresa (google her if you dont know her).

Industries targeting kids. That's true, but most of the MMO games I see have age ratings, like 12-13+ Tanki is for all ages.

Also, games like console games require no pay2play but if you're implying that MMO games are play2pay than perhaps they aren't for me.

Nothing is for free, I know. But most games at least have dignity, and actually care what the player thinks. The devs have admitted many times that they know we won't like this update but it will in the end benefit us.

Nothing is free we all know that. But there is a shop icon already. What is the point of constantly upgrading it? Isn't already fully upgraded?

 

Yeah I watch free TV. 

Free video games? I pay in advance using real money. And the console game I buy lasts me much longer than Tanki would.

But there is a difference between food and games. Adults normally buy the food, not the kids. Do you see 5-10 years olds by themselves shopping in burger king? I guess you could argue that Tanki Online's just a company in the ''real world''.

1) No, it wasn't. They explicitly stated "within 24 hours", which would typically mean "within 24 hours after you've completed a previous mission" and not "within 24 hours after each server restart", which was not mentioned in the vlogs.

 

2) That means it's bad game design. Don't you understand the fundamentals of game design? honestly. This design is profitable, but utter crap in terms of game-play and you explained exactly why. People making mistakes doesn't mean it's entirely their fault. If the game design leads them to make these mistakes, it is the game's fault.

 

3)  I never stated "drugging chain reaction" as an issue just because of it, that would make my argument a secular argument (i.e. supply chain reaction is bad because supply chain reaction is bad), but that it is an issue to players who cannot afford drugs, which happens due to the way the game is designed. If drugs were extremely cheap and you actually got a fair bit of crystal rewards for the amount of time you spend killing enemies, I honestly would not care about it as much if at all. Letting DA and DP for players to use at the same time is a different issue entirely, yet you blundered the two issues together as if they are contradictory. I can see how one might see it contradictory, but only if they didn't pay much attention and/or didn't put much thought into it, sort of like what you seem to have done here. One point was about players who cannot afford to use supplies constantly or can't afford to even purchase any and being forced to fight users with supplies just so they can get back on track, which really just gets in their way and the other was talking about how players who have invaded no-mans land having the advantage of complete and utter dominance as they have access to more supplies than the opponent team.

 

4) Well, I can't. I am making them concise, but I cannot simply oversimplify them for you, because then my arguments cannot provide any basis and connections with everything else in the game otherwise, meaning your point is seen as more valid because I oversimplify things, even when it's not.

2) It is their fault if they fail to realize it. If they drug as hell then Ye they'll obviously realize they're getting OP, but also realize the numbers on top of the drug are not limited :) Are you seriously blaming TO for people overdrugging? :unsure: if you failed to realize and be conservative, heh I think you're the one to blame for that :)

 

3) I think if you realized writing long essays doesn't mean a better explanation, it would be better for both of us :) I have never spent a penny on this game, I have tons of drugs (of which I use if only absolutely necessary) and 5 M3s ;) so TO is to blame for this too...? You're saying a lot, but none of it is meaningful :) so you want more drugs, by letting DA and DP be pressed at the same time... yet complain because they are expensive and you want them cheaper.. I think if you put some thought into it you'd realize it's quite contradictory and makes no sense m8 ;)
