Please don't discuss someone else's account in here. Ask questions only. If the concerned player wants to find out the reason for their ban/block or thinks that it wasn't justified, they need to make an appeal to an administrator on their own. You can't do it for them. Send a PM to one of the adminstrators if you want to discuss chat or game bans.

 

Small questions related to TO are better to be asked on the Q&A topic on the Forum instead as Cedric said.

interesting how you run your staff . when in the past  weeks that I get  a warning for flooding and yet when i prove that i'm not the only one you ignore me .

 

so last night I go and asked to have it removed by your admin and even told her about another player who has a total of 7 postings in a row , which is flooding . all she said is for ME to report it . WHAT is this not her job to do, why should I do her job and report it and refuse again to remove my warning

 

.... also I still want mine removed due to the fact there are others out there.. and you ignore them but went after me to make me look bad .

1. I told you to use the report function if you see someone breaking the rules. The moderators have a lot of sections and topics to moderate and they're doing a great job at it. However, they can't always see every violation, that's why there is a report function.

2. Is it really my job to go looking through the entire forum for someone that breaks a rule, if you already know where it happened? Wouldn't be very efficient.

3. You have no idea who gets a warning or a ban and for which reasons. You can only see your own warnings and bans. So stop accusing anyone of treating you unfairly without even knowing if and who else does or does not receive a warning.

4. You broke the rules and you received a warning for it. If you don't want any other warnings or bans, just don't violate the rules. Simple.

5. No one but you and the moderators can see your warning. It can't make you look bad. If you don't want players to know you received a warning, don't mention it on the forum.

6. Cedric has already answered you on this matter and has already told you that your warning will not be removed.

7. Complaints about the work of moderators or admins are to be communicated in a personal message to the appropriate person, not in topics.

 

If you want to continue discussing this, you know where to find my pm, and you know where to find Cedric's pm. This is not the place for it.

I did send you a pm on it and you never comment on the warning ,but on what I was to do with the flooding , like i said to his boss why should I or other players do your job.  

 

for the CM, I refuse to chat in private due to i'm not on  speaking terms with him.

Just who would you report anything TO? The helpline people don't SPEAK ENGLISH!

I don't report to the help desk. If there are any issues, complaints, suggestions etc. on the forum, I report them to Cedric. He in turn passes it on to the right people. 

I know it often seems like nothing happens with what is posted on the forum, but that is because not everything can be changed or fixed instantly. It takes time and depends on their priorities and long term plans.

Thats why dev team should be splitted and each team work on different parts of the game. Cedric lied when i asked him about splitting team and some devs working on items, some at bugs and some for clans and balance or other small things. Cedric said that team is already split but it cant be split too much. Later on pm he told me that all devs are focusing on html5 which is a lie no matter what. If dev team is split then they cant all work on html5 and if they all work on html5 then they arent split into sections.

So again. Dev team should be splitted. I asked this to clan which he robbed and they agreed that dev team should be splitted and tech fired.

If currently all the developers are focussing on HTML5, it doesn't mean they are not split into groups.

For example, part of the team works on design, part of the team works on fixing bugs and errors, part of the team works on .... (fill in the dots).

I don't know exactly which tasks they all work on, but I can tell you that NOT splitting up a team is so incredibly inefficient that I'm certain that is not the case.

Each person that works for the game has his/her own tasks and specialties, but that doesn't mean they can't all be working on a part of the switch to HTML5.

it doesnt explain why tanki removed ability to pay as russian (We pay the money for money transfer from europe to russia) and why other companies can do fine with just 20% added to the cost? Cedric or Hazel wanted to defend tanki by saying that Valve also adds +20% to non-russians but the problem is, TANKI ADDS 30% MORE THAN VALVE DOES! and Valve has 70% sales quite often while tanki has MAYBE 40% sale in rare cases.

The only post of yours that has been hidden in this thread recently is the one where you said that you couldn't quote anyone, which is a post that didn't belong in this topic.

 

And Tanki removed the ability for players not located in Russia to 'pay as a Russian', because it's fraud if you do that.
