A little suggestion for how kits work

Recommended Posts

as I have posted here and here.

*I'm giving the links so I don't have to rephrase everything here.

with emphasis on this post from the 1st link.

anyway, the issue is, since the last set of kits was extended, I couldn't purchase the Striker kit on my now WO3 account - http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/RAG1NG_FORCE/

the kit is available now, but since my account (not this one) just ranked to WO3, the kit is no longer available for it because of the rule mentioned on the post linked above.

this http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/RAG1NG_STORM/ account even ended up buying the Figher kit because the Predator kit took too long but that's fine.

I doubt a decision will come from the developers (if they even get to know about this rule suggestion I have) to suddenly remove that rule if it even ever will be removed before the paint sale comes (which is the best time to buy the Striker kit) so I post here to find a solution to this problem.

so, what (if there is even any that) can be done to solve my problem?

I know compensations are given for stuff like "missed gold box opportunities" and other things, provided there is enough proof.

my problem being a "missed (kit/event) discount opportunity", what can be done?

I believe I gave enough proof being the link to the account's profile.

PS: Striker kit is so cheap, that account would have bought the kit before it even reached the WO ranks if only it were available - but instead, the April 5 kits were the only ones available for nearly the entire month.

Sorry, but we do not give compensations for these occurings. Kits are designed to stay in the game for a fixed amount of time defined by Marketing Department and we can't change that. If you missed the chance to buy a kit due to you ranking up is not something that TO is responsible of, unfortunately.

When you saw that kits were kept for longer (2 weeks more than usual), you should have waited to rankup, many users did the same seeing that change in Product kits.

Also, ranks' limitations for kits will never be removed since kits are planned to be rank and time specific, they are intended to give an advantage (discount) to those able to buy them when they are in the Game, not forever, otherwise there would be no point in having them.
