What type of computer do you use to get 57-60FPS?

Technically speaking, a 1GB graphics card with at least 4 GB RAM should give you a 45-50 fps on full settings according to Tanki Online.

I've used a 1 GB, 2 GB as well as 4GB graphics card for tanki.

1 GB does give around 40-50 FPS at full on most maps, 60 in small maps like Island/Duel/Zone etc.

2 GB gives a dead 60 FPS for almost all maps. For some of the largest maps of Tanki like Dusseldorf, your FPS might be inbetween 55 and 60 most of the time, which is actually pretty convenient.

4 GB is pretty high end for a game like Tanki. It gives 60 in all maps at full settings. That's what I have right now for my PC, pretty nice.

I'd go for a 2 GB graphics card if my budget was low/average. 2 gigs GPU isn't really too expensive.

If you're planning on buying a new PC/Laptop for Tanki, I'd suggest you to buy Dell Inspireon 15 5000 Series(my previous laptop with 2 gigs of gpu). It's actually very cheap and very convenient for TO.

It depends more on the processing power of the processor, pointless me having lots of ram if it cant run fast enough

Well this thing can run slither.io on high settings, along with streaming 2 1080p videos with about 5% CPU usage total!!!

Intel core i7 6700HQ

8GB RAM

Intel HD 530/NVIDIA GeForce 960M 4GB

4k Screen

tested it at a Micrsoft store

8 GB? 8 GB !!!!!!

Ok but seriously you don't need that much ram to get 60 fps, an intel i3 and 2 GB ram is more than enough

xD the 8 GB came with the laptop xD

Pentium is still able to run Tanki smoothly, but just not on bigger maps or with some graphics turned on. 6GB is quite a bit for a Pentium computer. My i3 computer, 4GB ram gets about 15-25 on Dusseldorf with all graphics turned off, except soft particles.

I underestimate Pentium too much. Madness is not that demanding of a map, unless on the bottom. I know my friend who has like a 10 year old laptop or something, with Intel Centrino, and less than 2GB RAM, and probably a bad graphics card, who can run Agar.io just fine while recording, on Ubuntu. That outperforms my Teacher's Pentium desktop with 4GB ram, my friend's Core 2 Duo desktop, and probably some lower powered machines also. IDK what his average Tanki framerates would be. Here is the link to his video.
