I was down-ranked

Now I KNOW that this is an existing glitch and I will get my points back eventually, but I was down-ranked! I just want to show it. It is quite annoying.

 

Proof: (I am logged on as a sergeant-major, I minimize, then on my desktop background I have a screenshot of me as a WO1)

 

But also, I bought m3 twins when I became WO1, and the crystals have gone and m3 twins is in my garage.

True but it would be advised to send a mail to help@tankionline.com because normally the experience losses are in a small amount while a whole rank is something else.

it was actually only 200 points :lol: I became WO1 then logged off: ten minutes later I was sergeant-major again.

i had this every time when i ranked up, it drops me 1 rank back, so i need to kill 10 more players to get my rank back.

 

never bothered to send email, but ill will in future if something like that happens to me again.

 

just to make sure that this can get fixed somehow.

which is the fastest way to get your rank back to WO1?

 

with the help of tankionline, which takes sometimes several hours, or get ranked back toy WO1 by killing 5-20 players in 10min?

If you still have the issue you will need to send an email to help@tankionline.com. You have been suggested this by others for the simple reason of letting them know that the issue is still going on.
