There some words show up, if you look to find what it means, mathworks.com appears in the search results. Just click the link then you have finished step 2!

So here is how the puzzle was planned:

 

I added a very dark red text to the image, you could see the text using image adjustments:

 

Basically LSB STEGANOGRAPHY is the name for a technique for packaging text into an BMP image file. By searching the web you could find special softwares like STEGANOGRAPHY 2.8 that could extract the text from the image. That means, mehdadoo.BMP contained this text into it:

It's not all yet! As you can see the text containing my username and password is gibrish! using the hint "Version: BCTextEncoder Utility v. 1.00.2" and the keyword:"mehdadoo", you could download that BCTextEncoder utility, and convert that long nonsense text into this:
