In my opinion, I would like to say, record been accepted, However I think records should be set by record holders, where in first pic above, he has done nothing, but relying on people to rank up.

That doesn't matter. It's like saying those paints are only given to clan members.

I'd say accepted. He's still the creator of the record in that he took the time to invite referrals to the game. Though I'm sure his record can be beaten fairly easily - I've seen people with a lot more crystals from referrals.

I submitted same thing like that, the reason it wasn't noted is because it has a limit i.e. 1 (or 0 during forum maintenance).
