I believe for that record he had to contact Tanki Support and in an email they said when the account was resisted, and then when it ranked to Generalissimo. Which was 83 days.

Hhhhhh, That's impossible, You captured 8 flags in 1 minute 5 seconds :P

So does that count? 

I actually don't know why it was accepted. Not only is the timing wrong, but we can't accept that record without a visible battle timer, since video can be sped up a little bit to get an advantage.

If you have a good reason for it. Those 'stats' can also be used to get your account back if it was stolen/lost. So they won't just give them to you for no reason.
