I don't really like the decision to lower TDM hours requirement to 100, but I guess it makes sense. Other than that, I can't complain :P

Well then get 101 deaths, with 1 kill. That'll give you ~0.001. You can get an infinitely low D/L if you get (for example) 10,000 deaths with 1 kill.

Scoreboard can't show 4-digit no. in D/L bar, so if your ratio is 0.001, it will show just 0.00

also many old legends do not have correct 'time played' in their profile ratings, so you might see somebody with 2 mil xp and only 15 hours played.

At first it didn't seem like a bad idea, but then I remembered that not all accounts were created after the ratings were introduced. Some people can have millions of XP and only 1-2 recorded hours of play time. There is also no way to prove your account was created before/after the ratings were introduced.
