The Routine

                                           Good day :)

 

 

 

 

In this topic. I open a convesation about the routine. And what are it's positives and negatives. As far as i know. The routine can be very useful at times. But too much routine can turn us into programmed machines. And can also kill our imagination as we follow the same system everyday. So in my opinion. A routine is needed in our daily lives. But we should break the routine every once in a while. Please do share your thoughts about the routine. As long as it's in appropriate language of course ;)

Hm, every day is a routine for me at the moment...

Make sure you break it. Such as taking a different route to work\school. Or maybe go for a jog before work. Or even waking up earlier\later. Having a routine to stick with ona daily basis can cause depression as i read in a magazine

Ehm, my 3 months old son wakes me up at time :)

That can be considered a routine breaker. But you get my point dear ;) And i know how it feels. My son keep waking me up at a late hour after "Having a bed accident" and then he puts his clothes in front of the bathroom door til they dry out :lol:

Wake up, microwave something, play a single battle, check social media/ chats, go back to battling, get bored of battling, watch Netflix, get bored of watching Netflix and get out your phone, realize you've sat there with the episode of Breaking Bad having ended and your TV on the same episode select screen, turn the TV off and plug in your phone, back to tanki, lunchtime, more tanki, rinse and repeat.

Summer is amazing.

But summer is not amazing at that way. Make a little "run away" from all that devices.

Well my advice to avoid routine is to keep trying to mentally change (conception of the world etc). Then your thoughts will eventually change your actions, and most importantly will keep changing, and you won't be struck in the routine, nor in anything else. You will be free.
