Here's how it works. Kasim creates the V-LOG script, then it needs to be translated into English. Next, I edit it and pass it on to the other CMs who have to translate it into their respective languages.

 

Out of courtesy to the other communities, I try not to publish the V-LOG before all of the subtitles have been added. On the flip side, Russia is 3hrs ahead, and it wouldn't be fair to keep my colleagues stuck in the office waiting for all of us to finish. That's why there's such a discrepancy.

 

I hope you all appreciate how much effort it takes to bring you the V-LOG every week. We do our best to publish as early as possible, but there are some constraints that as very hard to overcome.

I would say that Kamil looked scary with that beard, BR community manager's English should be a little bit improved, and the Spanish community manager looks kinda young. I'm not complaining or anything, just describing from my point of view, lol.

Kamil's a very nice guy, it's just the lighting that made him look "scary" lol. As for Matias' age, don't let it mislead you. Age has nothing to do with maturity and responsibility, and Matias has both of those quality in heaps.

 

Also, please appreciate that none of these people speak English as a first language, and they made a huge effort to step up to the camera and put themselves in the spotlight for you to see. The camera is a very intimidating thing for most people, especially when you don't have any experience in front of it. But we felt we needed to do this, because we wanted you to feel that we're there for you all, that we are within reach. We want to be more than just words on a screen to you.

Yeah, Hazel does a great job in front of the camera. Plus you need to consider that English isn't his first language, which makes the whole thing even more impressive.

How exactly does having The Game going on constitute no Vlog? I don't know if you realize this, but there are quite a few people who either are not interested in, or don't have time for The Game. However, we all would like to see a recap of the event, along with other good Vlog stuff.

Perhaps the developers and @Cedric Debono are currently busy with the Game, so they do not have enough time for V-LOG 95 and for the Game. Developers and CM are working as a team.
