I was going to get the France paint as I thought they would win, but decided not to bother in the end. Glad I didn't.

anytime on 11th.

it's a big event and they have to give crys to many tankers so it takes time + they have to give crys for other contest also

Servers suffered a big glitch which included, people not having their pro-passes, premiums and for the same reason crystals for eurocup, paints and survey haven't been delivered for the same reason.

they add crystals during server restart and everyone knows about the glitch and they are working on it
