Login, nickname, account problems

I encountered this problem in Tanki X but because of this glitch I'm locked out of the help community so I have to ask it here.

I created an account, with username ShnabRat and email -

My username was not displaying in game. Only my rank icon. Other users confirmed this.

At this time I was able to access the TX help community with my regular username and password, 

I played a bit, bought items, and ranked up.

 

Around a week later, I logged back in. My tank had randomly reset to zero xp with no items, just hunter/smoky/green.

My name was still not displaying.

Now for some reason I can't access the help community anymore using my saved username and password.

I don't know if this account reset will happen again if I restart playing.

I don't know where else to ask this, so I'm asking it here.

Please help.
