6 Years...

Tanki is ruined for me. New players cant see it. But if you played back in 2010 like me. You will understand how tanki changed. I was thinking to leave tanki a long time ago but something was pulling me back. But What pissed me off and decided to leave is, Tanki Moderators. The ban hundred of people getting blocked every month and 80% of them are banned for no reason. Same happened with me. 

My previous account was named   I want to change nickname I sent an email that i wanted to change it and then they sent a link to confirm my IP The next day it was banned for Sharing accounts. When I first saw it I was like WTH. I quickly replied to them and they just said again this account was banned for sharing accounts like I didnt know it already -_- I kept emailing them. and they were keep saying the same thing " This account has been blocked for sharing accounts " Like they were robots. After some days of this. They said ( Unfortunately, account return is impossible. You can register a new account and start playing again, no longer violating the rules of the game. ) So they think its that easy to create an account and make it to Generalismo and spend hundred of money for nothing, and they jsut say go create a new account.

An recently Tanki made a post, the one that posts a picture and says " Did you know? " That you cant change your name with only 100k crys and other stuff, So a guy comment that " Did you know that most of tanki accs gets blocked for that reason? " I told them that i got  blocked for the same reason and the replied go email tanki support. anyway we chatted a lot you should read it here and when me and a friend told them the truth about tanki, guess what they replied. " NOTHING " Because the dont know what to say. Becasue thats the truth. Anyway.

Unfortunately, I can't deny the fact that people do get banned or blocked for no reason. The most common reason is misunderstanding. Making a big fuss over it will not help anyone. You have to have patience. Send an email to help desk explaining CLEARLY what has happened and give them some proof of your account ownership. PM a admin/CM and ask them to help you. Tell then that the Help Desk in unable to understand your situation. I know someone who was a moderator and got his account blocked too.... XD. He was really pissed off about it but he didn't give up. Such things can happen with anyone. The only way to solve it is not to give up. Keep pestering them for weeks, months even years, if necessary. Who knows, they might give you some compensation for the trouble caused? Good luck with whatever you do.

 

PS. I'm an old player too. Not from 2010, but old enough to know about the old moderator system when they used to get crystals for each ban the gave out. Many mods abused this power and hence the system was changed. The new system ensures that mods can't abuse their powers to ban innocent players. Moreover, they aren't responsible for blocking accounts. The help desk is, hence you should contact them.

I'm sorry but I have tried this with accounts that I own that have been blocked for no reason, it doesn't work. When I was a moderator, I discussed the unfair block with Semyon, Yele, nothing happened, I told them several times and typed many many paragraphs explaining what really happened. Nothing. Help desk just replied with same message, just like Blload said, they're robots, literally.

 

Explaining something "clearly" to the help desk won't change anything, you'll just get your hopes up, and then a few days later, receive the same message, and be extremely disappointed.

^ Yes, Fed I'm aware of your issue too and I feel bad for you. But in most other cases, they have got their accounts back so it's not completely pointless to hope for it.
