Cannot get into garage

I cannot get into my garage for a couple days now. The loading page just loads without end. I use stand alone Flash Projector, but have same issue using Firefox or Chrome browsers. Also have same issue accessing my garage on a different computer. My Fracture paint changed to the base flat green...  My other Tanki account can access it's garage on both computers, so I don't think issue is with my hardware or software. Please advise.

Don't mind but believe,problem is with your internet,I think.Tell me the speed of your internet or maybe I think you keep cleaning the cache memory of your browser that also slows the speed of loading.

Try waiting more.

Before initial post, I cleared the Flash cache, tried older Flash version 21 of the standalone flash player, tested issue on 4 different browsers, all with same result, no access to my garage. I walked away for nearly an hour and garage was still in 'loading' stage.

 

Probably the clearest point to a glitch in my account with Tanki is:

 

My higher rank Tanki account (rara88) gets into the garage with no problem every time, while my lower rank account (initiated this forum post) cannot get into the garage. I have tried accessing the garages of both my accounts a few times over last few days with same result, the high rank account can always access the garage, while the low rank account cannot...

Maybe wrong, but I believe the fact one of my accounts can access the garage on 2 different computers every time, while my other account never access the garage on same 2 computers negates any chance the issue is with my internet, computers or any software (ex: browsers, flash or windows..) on my machines...

Could my account with Tanki be damaged on the Tanki side?

That's quite odd, I must admit. Seeing that one of your accounts can easily use the garage does mean that your other account has some sort of issue. But if that's the case, you must contact help@tankionline.com. If there's a problem, they should swiftly fix it for you :)

contacted tanki online help about mail linking issue and they still didnt reply (i think i sent 2 weeks ago) and 3 days later confirmation email for account came but tanki help didnt send message... so i think they just ignore us and domt care

I suggest that they change email to wedontcareaboutanything@tankionline.com
