Issues with Premium Accounts - Work in Progress

I am a programmer, issues are hard to find and more hard to solve, and I know what I mean. I think is not a wrong update, this is not the case: when evrything gone worse can you imagine .... there are backup and restore: you make a step back and restart.
This time something bad happened, no doubt about this. I am sure the TO staff work really hard, trying to fix it.
I know we all are disappointed, but we must be calm: things happen ! don't forget gmail great shutdown on 2014 .... and they have tons of resources / people / money.
 
good luck TO programmers, keep up the work . I support all of you

 

I think this is only possible on Hardware crash.

@andreaNEW - Thanks for bringing up the Gmail incident. It really puts things into perspective. Although I don't have the full details of what happened today, it was indeed a pretty challenging issue.

Meanwhile the designers etc.. are trying to fix Tanki, while Cedric reads the Forum comments xDD

Someone has to keep us updated, otherwise it would be utter chaos

I really feel sorry for Tech Support. They probably got a month's amount of emails in the past 12 hours.
