I bought a pro pass before 1 week or less , and now its gone 

should i buy another one or just wait?

Please read the post again, you should contact customer support via email(help@tankionline.com) or social account(like facebook, twitter etc.).

This Tanker jamalsutton13 I have a problem in my garage, all my equipment is loading but not the actual tank in garage can you guys fix this problem please thank you. :)

I have an issue with my missions after this update. Yesterday i completed my 4th row of missions but today it again start from 4th.



please proceed it to 5th row as it should be.

Wed was day to claim my 4th week reward.

But after this update it says to complete 4th week  from 1st day of 4th week. :o

 

Same problem of 2nd week in my friend's account akicool (He is forever banned.)

Same Problem is with me, I completed my 4th row of missions yesterday, but today it again started from 4th row... 

It should be start 5th row as i completed 4th row of missions.

That's not a bug/glitch, that's an update, so that your garage will load faster.

I'm repeating this from where I wrongly posted it.

 

Can you guys please fix the problem with Shaft's endless turret rotation. You have no idea how much it has prevented us from saving flags and helping the team in tight situations. This has been going on for a year now, and you guys dont seem to care

IMPORTANT: Our programmers should have already restored all Premium Account time and Pro Battle Passes that went missing this morning. If you notice that your Premium time or Pro Battle Pass has not been restored after disappearing, please contact customer support and report the incident.

I found a glitch in my garage that i have 3 hulls m1 but i can view only 1 m1 and no other hulls in the garage are showed and secondly on some of my turrets and hulls pictures in garage appears a red square.

Hello my "Pro Pass" is  gone today  even tommorow please help I bought it  last week.

Dear MOD!!! I did not got my euro prizes I chose Germany team so I should get 25 each supplies and 15k crys.so pls can u mention when will I get these prises???

Hello.


 


Today I logged into the game using DestroyerPdox, and when I closed the 'Daily Missions' box, another box popped up that was telling me to link my account to a valid e-mail and I will get some crystals. My account is already logged in with a valid - my own e-mail. However, when I put my e-mail into the space, it said e-mail not unique. This is because I already used the e-mail on this account. Next, I thought someone is hacking my account so I went into Settings and clicked on Change password. It said 'Instructions have been sent to my e-mail'. This means that an e-mail is already attached to my account. However, when I went to my e-mail, I didn't receive any new e-mail (I checked all the folders two times). 


 


I immediately sent an e-mail to Help Support with all the proof that this is my account and my e-mail. Is this because of the new glitch or downtime that happened yesterday? I have been playing for 30m now and I didn't get any 'Server connection closed' errors so I guess no one is hacking me, it's just a database glitch. More details? Umm... Yesterday it was perfectly fine, no errors, completely normal. It happened for the first time and it happened after yesterdays downtime. 


 


Also, I didn't get back my Pro pass but that is a completely different thing. I don't wanna let my crystals go to waste so this better be fixable. 


 


 


I clicked 'Change password'  two times and it said 'Instructions have been sent to my e-mail'. They could've been sent to another persons e-mail! There is a huge risk here. So, if I go completely profane on the chat or get banned, this is the proof okay?

There's literally 10 battles in RU1 currently. You can't even load anything :\

Yup, loading RU1 takes an eternity, and so does loading a battle there. And when you're finally in the battle, it's full of lags. My advice for now would be playing in other servers

this is seriously bull, u make a realy long update or whatever

 

and still i lost my things what have the programmers done???

They were having a major issue. Programmers worked more than 15 hours straight looking at lines of codes. I think they deserve some more appreciation from your side. They fixed the problem. If you still lost things, you must contact tech support

They'll first fix all other problems, and they'll look for a solution for the daily mission chains afterwards. They're aware of the problem. :)
