Reports on Bugs and Glitches following server downtime on 11th July 2016

Hi all,

 

On 22 July 2016, I was playing in http://tankionline.com/battle-en.html#/server=EN3&battle=fffffff44a9a3ad7

 

And after 15 minutes (the game time), the clock stops and blinks at 00:00, with all players. Players were continuing the battle.

 

After few minutes, I was out of the game, and saw the Battle Info shows 15:00 (without decreasing).

 

Then I entered the battle again, and saw strange number instead of 00:00, something like "0-5:22-3" (don't exactly remember).

 

Hope you fix this,

CAUTION! I was playing a battle with my small account and when battle finished I saw someone got the double of his reward from premium (500 and he got another 1000 from premium so 1500crystals).... unfotunately I don't have a screenshot :/

it isnt fair because they get triple fund. why i never got double bonus? i saw that glitch 10 times

my bug is the double cry card is in the garage even though it exspired

I played in rio and the game was all laggy and then the background turned into a a grid of black and red squares

Hello, 

 

So I'm stuck in week 3 Mission rewards.

 

The problem seemed to occur for me beginning on July 20th, 2016

 

 

At the time, I had thought that I just forgot to click on Claim Reward that day, however I follow a pattern where I take a screen shot of the completed mission and then click on the claim reward. I have been doing that ever since rewards were introduced as a way for me personally to keep track of how much I was receiving.

 

But evening missing only 1 day of missions shouldn't have sent me back a week. So I waited 7 days completing the weeks worth of missions. Which should have brought me back to Level 4 Mission rewards.

 

However that is still not the case as I remain at the Level 3 Mission rewards.

 

I also imagine that I'm not alone in this matter.

 

Please look in to this matter.
