Who tried to change my password ?

I would suggest that you change the password on your e-mail (Choose the 'Log-out of every device' option), change the security settings and providing your latest phone number (Optional). This should help resolve the problem.

 

Moreover, make a Gmail account and ask the Help Desk to change the current e-mail on your account because if your linked e-mail gets compromised, your Tanki account is sitting ducks.

It seems like someone knows the password to your account. Change your password and everything should be fine. Also, see if your account has been linked to Facebook (or Vkontakte). If someone else linked your account to his/her Facebook or Vkontakte account, he/she can still get access to your account, even when you change your password.
To check whether your account has been linked to Vkontake, you have to log in using the Russian language.

Every time I go to check my email someone has tried to change my password.. Can't we find out who it is ?

Since you are getting e-mails in your e-mail inbox to change your password, then I suppose that you have linked your account to a valid e-mail address.

 

If your account is linked to a valid e-mail address then in your Settings should be like this:

The first thing you should do is to change your password just in case. After that contact the Tech support at: help@tankionline.com

 

And explain them your problem. But, please keep in mind that Tech support is very busy last two days so response time may take several days. Be patient please, yesterday Tech support probably received thousands of emails due to full-day problems with the servers. As you know.

Brother Solution is simple just go and click Change Password in setting and then go to your email and change your password,someone know your password and after getting access to your account he presses Change Password button so it would be best so he stops getting access.
