Stop being lazy and actually email them. They reply fast and you'll probably have a 98% success rate at getting the crystals

Not sure if this has something to do with any bug, but I better report.

 

At EN4, I was playing at Serpuhov and then I got a "re-enter battle" message, which I did. two mins. after I re-entered it, battle crashed on me.

Not just lagging, crashing every 15-20 minutes. So basically with premium and x2 funds, we will only lose even more, and after all, they give us DCC so we can pay the programmers' salary :')

 

Tanki is just trying to cover their incompetence of fixing the root of the problem by "compensating".

That is neither the truth, nor a fair comment. You make it sound like developers are intentionally disrupting the game, and that theory is quite frankly childish and idiotic. If you only took a moment to think about how much hassle these guys went through while trying to fix this bug, you'll realize that a moderator shouldn't have to delete your comment, because you're the one who should be doing it.

 

 

I still haven't received any rewards from Football Frenzy — EURO 2016. Is that normal? Should I contact Tanki's support?

We've noticed that a handful of nicknames accidentally got left out of the final payout spreadsheet for the "Google Form" part of this contest. If you should've won, but haven't received your reward, please PM @Issho_Fujitora. He'll be able to check your entry, confirm whether you've actually been paid out or not, and sort it all out accordingly.

 

P.S. If you're having issues with the EURO2016 Paints Contest, then you still need to contact Customer Support!

 

 

Now programmers, or IT managers must quit Tanki team! It is not a joke to know that there is bug/malware or virus inside server and leave it without  destroit in advance with planned and scheduled downtime of server! Irresponsibly IT engineers and managers. Hopefully someone will get responsible for what happened and leave for good.

Please, let's make a VERY clear distinction between bug, malware and virus. Malware and Viruses are malicious programs that are intentionally inserted in a system to cause problems. A BUG on the other hand, is something that is the result of the code itself. Although it might cause problems, it isn't INTENTIONALLY malicious.

 

What we had was a bug, NOT a virus, and NOT malware.

I think you'll find that it's more respectful to refer to people by their name. And that a community functions a lot better when people try to remain respectful towards one another, rather than be cynical.

Each day will be added automatically. If you don't currently have premium, you'll have it on that day. If you already have premium, it will be added to your existing balance.

I was on Russian 3 just when it crashed...

 

I also lost my crystals ...it was nothing much but still ever one counts now..

So far today I had a lot of lags on many servers and I lost crystals from a long battle with 3 hour premium (Very frustrating this was). And after refreshing a couple times, I still can't get on any server.

Bugs are not fixed completely yet but the game works better than earlier and I'm just so happy I got 50k by not even playing for 2.5 weeks and I just played on my freinds acc when I went to his home and the servers were laggy .Gotta wait 2 weeks more so my exams are over and I can finally rank up and buy Viking m3,the best thing is it takes me about 2.5 week's to earn 50k but because Portugal won I don't have to play 2.5 weeks more. The saddest part is I'll be missing 2x funds

If you know something that can cause such a problem and dont solve it on time with care and good planning, what then we are talking about!? Hoping that will not happend even with small chances , it is not excuse. Thanks god those IT engineers and managers are not support team on banks or some healthcare centers.

Nothing personal , i am talking from professional point of view, and when we have investers into tanki online game project, there is no excuse about it.

 

That "compensation" what TO give to players is just nothing. All players deserve over 10 000 crystals depends on rank or some other criterias, for the inconvenience!

Living.Legend and some other player was right.

Servers are still regularly crushing, so the PA and Double Fund will bring crouded and more frequently crushing servers.

 

Today I was in a battle (XP/BP on Ru1), everything seemd fine.

Then the ping started to rocketing up, players moved oddly, and I could not even return or catch the flags.

Finally I was out without a chance to login again.

Frustrating, even though I lost only very little, unlike those played much longer and had 3000+ score...by the way as I could not enter back to the server I do not even know if they lost any :(.

Everyone started lagging and then servr connection closed. How i know everyone lagged? Well i got kicked from battle 3 minutes later and meanwhile everyone was writing laggggg omggg fff and ping was 999

I see number of players is going down for 1000 players per 2-3 minutes. I think servers are crashing
