This is a clear violation of our privacy as players, if chat mods or even admins can look through the stored chats

** Chat mods & admins are just players like us with some punishment powers **

Chat mods and admins have been entrusted by the company to perform the function of policing chats. Chats are public information, so the fact that chats are seen by mods and admins is IN NO WAY in violation of your privacy. What the EULA is saying is that we have the right to keep that data for the purpose of reviewing it, in order to stop violators from ruining your experience in chat.

If you doubt the legitimacy of the EULA, I invite you to consult your own lawyer.

Also, please understand that ff you disagree with the EULA, you are NOT permitted to play the game or use any of its services, including chat and forum. The EULA is a contract between yourself and the company. By playing the game or using its services, you are automatically agreeing to the contract.

I hope this has answered your question.

I want just to understand it well, for not breaking the rules, and i invite you too to understand the rules of free-to-play games for not breaking them again as you did in premium paint   ;)

Thank you for replying  :)

- I agree with the EULA and the new edit which allows you to keep that data[..] But who has the power to review our stored chats ? Mods/Admins ? or just the company (TO Support as example) ?

- You mentioned the word "Company" more than 130 times in the EULA, is this word include Mods/Admins too?

P.S: I'm talking about the private chat

It is not enough that you just agree with EULA, but also that you read that contract. The contract between you and the company "Tanki Online Europe Ltd". Because you're one of the parties that gave an agreement. When you clicked OK, it's the same as if you signed a contract.

If you actually read the whole EULA, you would find that it is written:

But, to get the whole picture, you should also take a look at Game rules

I hope this clarifies your inquiry

I really appreciate your efforts but you did nothing

I read the EULA many times, but didn't understand some points as i mentioned before, and this is why i asked some simple and direct questions.

Anyway @beaku already answered my questions.

The EULA clearly states that the messages shouldn't be considered as private or personal from a legal point of view. In any case, mods and admins too only have power to view chats in real time so any stored content won't be available to them.

I am not at liberty to disclose this information to you. However, rest assured any people in the company who have access rights to sensitive information are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements. That's the best I can tell you.

basically what he means is that anyone who works in tanki has access to it .. but are under strict guidelines and and can be  charged if they leak any personal info to anyone out side of the company.. now they do and can posting personal info but is limited to what can be used .. like there not permitted to post your real name or stuff with out your consent like if you give them your birthday date then they have the rights to post it cause you gave them permission to do so  ....

check these  sites out it might help you understand a little bit more of what it is and all large   corporate   company's have contracts you have to sign , when you first join them ..also  due to personal info about the company or there clients .. hope this makes it much clearer to understand

Can I be the translator from English to Hindi because I'm speaking Hindi from my birth.

I even know 3 more Indian languages which are mosty spoken by many of the Tanki players in Chat, Forum etc from India.

These are : Bengali, Punjabi,Bihari. I can easily speak these 4 languages.

I really appreciate your efforts but you did nothing

I read the EULA many times, but didn't understand some points as i mentioned before, and this is why i asked some simple and direct questions.

Anyway @beaku already answered my questions.

Maybe my answer about review of chat messages was not the simplest one, but I wanted to give you a graphical representation of the sequence:

The Company shall have the right to review chat message ← Company is Tanki Online Europe ltd ← Administration shall mean the persons acting on behalf the Company

If you still find my answer not adequate, I'm sorry I have not helped you.

But I find my answer concerning the question: "Who or What is the Company?" - adequate. Because you can see who or what is the Company from the screenshots.

Since, you are saying that this is the correct answer:

The EULA clearly states that the messages shouldn't be considered as private or personal from a legal point of view. In any case, mods and admins too only have power to view chats in real time so any stored content won't be available to them.

Then I have a question for you, because you are saying that chat administrators can not review stored chat messages. How will chat administrator remove the ban, to a player who has been unfairly banned by chat moderator?

If chat administrators does not have any kind of access to a chat log, in some form, to review those messages. Then, how they will remove the bans to unfairly banned players? On what grounds? There must be something, some kind of evidence, in some form, concerning these bans. I am not saying that chat administrators are keeping this logs in their computers - that would be really absurd. But, they have to look somewhere, in order to remove the ban, don't they?

Personally, I do not mind if administrators have access to the chat log. Because I do not talk about private matters at the chat and I do not break the law. But in view that other players have the right to ask these kind of things, then I also have that right. Thank you for your kind answers.

Clearly explained, thank you  :)

As i know, chat moderators can't ban anyone without taking a screenshot as proof of the violation, and chat administrators have the access to those screenshots.

I don't think that this is necessary as almost every Indian speaks English. But what we still need is maybe a translator for French, Dutch and Italian.
