Bug – Password Change

So, when I clicked the "Change password and e-mail" button in Settings, it said the usual ("The letter with instruction was sent to your e-mail address"), but when I check my email, I couldn't find it anywhere.
I know this isn't a problem which only occurred to me, I asked friends to try it and it didn't work for them either.

you can check (Junk Mail )

Please, I'm a pro an experienced player, I know I should make sure it's a problem before posting it. The letter is nowhere to be found. I sent it again just now, just to make sure it still isn't working.

I've got the same problem few weeks ago, all you have to do is to contact TO Support and ask them to change your linked e-mail.

** You have to answer some questions to verify that you are the real owner of the account

Yes, i tried to link my alt account using the old e-mail and didn't receive any confirmation message,

This issue is new and we have received multiple reports about this.

 

On the log-in panel screen, click "Lost nickname or password?" and enter your email. That might help. Good luck!

I suggest you to forward this issue to the technical support because informing the will raise awareness to the problem.
