New paints and protection modules are in the game!

It wouldn't be special if you can buy it now :c It's just a regular paint. Think about it, if a paint as simple and the Blue paint was a paint which was only available for a certain period of time, everyone would buy it, but once it's always there, it's nothing special.

Regarding red suit, it's not fair for those who didn't had the right amount of crystal at the time or the rank level. those event just happen like that without warning, no time for saving.

If there was time for warning and time for saving, everybody on the battlefield would be running around with it, and a paint that's supposed to be a nice souvenir for an event would be not all that special anymore. How "special" a paint is depends on its rarity, which is why staff, eSports, and super-expensive paints (e.g. Frost) are held in high regard. If everybody and their mother has Red Suit, I doubt players would appreciate it nearly as much.

 

Limited-availability paints like Moonwalker are, like I said, souvenirs. Players who were playing during the Farewell to Moon Silence event were given the chance to purchase the paint as a memento for the soon-to-be removed Moon Silence map. Nearly everyone with the Moonwalker paint has played on Moon Silence in the past, so owning it shows that you've been in the game for a long time and are a Tanki veteran. If it were suddenly available now, you'd have newer players owning Moonwalker who have never even seen or heard of Moon Silence before, which diminishes its value.

 

Another example would be the Team International paint, which I bought earlier this year for the Spring Showdown event. It shows that I was active during that period of time and supported the EN/DE team in the tournament (enforced since you bet the paint price on their success). What if it was available for sale now? Then, players who never supported the team during the tournament would be able to parade it around, which isn't really right.

 

tl;dr: yes, it feels bad to miss a limited availability paint that you like. No, it's not fair for the current owners to let you purchase it after the event, sorry.

I don't want moonwalker, I want red suit. You can keep your dusty moonwalker paint souvenir and the other rubbish souvenir paint for old people which are the fisrt to complain about any update.

Were is my french flag paint? I paid for it as i remember? it has been taken away. You sell and then you take back: it's not selling it is renting.

You can take my Team International paint also (it's ugly) i bought it to support and the temporary advantage not to parade around.

There is no special event about red suit only on day someone fell like it had to take a piss, and did it. Game is changing, some update has been unfair, so why not again?

Do anyone who wants Tanki to release paints such as Red Suit or Traceur, I doubt it will happen. They're simply special paints which should be kept special.

As long we have $, I do not see why we cannot purchase those paints. Even limited edition merchandise can be purchased elsewhere unofficially, might as well make it official.

I really hope thenew paints will not be Red Suit, Traceur, Moonwalker... I don't have the last 2 tho, but they were special, they need to stay that way.
